| Seniors - This is VITAL information about the graduation ceremony, so pay close attention! |

The graduation ceremony will take place on Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. |

You must attend ALL practices for graduation. Practices will be held during the morning periods of Friday, May 29; Monday, June 1; Tuesday, June 2; and possibly Wednesday, June 3. |

Caps and gown will be distributed at one of the practices. |
| |
► |
You must have all of your school debts paid to Mr. Jeney before Friday, May 29, 2009 to participate in the graduation ceremony. |

► |
The graduation ceremony will begin at 6:30 p.m. Graduates must be in their assigned areas of the high school BEFORE 5:30 p.m. Allow time for traffic, parking, photos, etc., in order to be in your assigned area on time. DO NOT BE LATE. If you are TARDY, you will NOT participate in the ceremony. |

Each graduate will be given ONLY 2 reserved seats for the auditorium (if held indoors) and ONLY 4 reserved seats for the stadium (if held outdoors). There is a limited amount of alternative seating available in both situations at a cost of $2.00 per ticket. These tickets will be sold after the practices on May 29, June 1, 2, and 3. If any tickets are still available, they will be sold at the gate. |

Males MUST wear dark slacks, shirt, tie, socks, and dress shoes. No jeans, shorts, tennis shoes, sandals, or flip flops! |

Females MUST wear a dress, skirt and blouse, or full length dress slacks and dress shoes. No jeans, shorts (or capris), tennis shoes, sandals, or flip flops! |

Graduates dressed INAPPROPRIATELY will not be permitted to march in the ceremony. |

If handicapped parking and seating is needed, you must sign up for it in Mr. Ingel's office. |

Photographs of the awarding of the diplomas are taken by Buchman's Studio ONLY with prior arrangements. Order forms will be available at the reception desk of the high school during the practices. Orders must returned with full payment by Wednesday, June 3 at NOON! |

A DVD of the entire ceremony is being created by Entertainment Tonite at a cost of $20. Order forms are available at the reception desk of the high school. Orders must be returned with full payment by Wednesday, June 3 at NOON! |
